The Dining Domes by Eventist Group are truly thrilled to launch their Autumn collaboration with Chiswick House and Gardens.
After the exciting success of our Winter and Spring pop-up events, we are delighted to welcome guests to join us for an award-winning dining experience this fall, in the grounds one of the most glorious examples of 18th-century British architecture and landscaped gardens.
Our indulgent dishes have been designed by the Eventist Group’s award-winning culinary team and are a perfect treat for this Autumn

When do the Dining Domes at Chiswick House open?
The first booking available is 15th October 2021 and our closing night will be on the 7th November 2021.
The Dining Domes are currently open Friday through to Sunday each week during this period.
What are the opening times of the Dining Domes?
Friday & Saturday
BRUNCH – reservation arrivals from 11:30 – 12:30
LATE LUNCH- reservation arrivals from 14:00 – 15:00
DINNER – reservation arrivals from 17:00 – 20:30
BRUNCH – reservation arrivals from 11:00 – 12:00

How long is my booking for?
For all reservations we please require your Dining Dome back after 2 hours – we would however be delighted for you to enjoy post reservation drinks in the exclusive marquee where you can relax pre or post reservation with our team
Is there a minimum or maximum guest number requirement for the Dining Domes?
The minimum requirement for a Dining Dome is 4 guests and a maximum of 8
When should I arrive?
Please arrive on time for your dining experience. Please only bring essential items with you. Storage facilities are limited and staff will not be able to look after your belongings for you. Please arrive to Guest Centre Entrance at the marquee within the grounds of Chiswick House where our team will be stationed ready to welcome you. Should you wish to arrive early we would be delighted to welcome you and your guests for drinks and to peruse the menus until you Dining Dome is scheduled to be available
What do I do if I need to cancel my booking? Is there a penalty?
Credit card details are taken at the time of booking and a £30.00 fee is debited. Should you need to cancel your booking within 7 days of your reservation our cancellation charge of £30.00 per person will be kept rather than debited from your final bill.
Failure to arrive for your booking within 15 minutes of your reservation time will also incur this cancellation charge.

Can I change my booking?
Once booked, if you need to make any amendments please go back onto Design My Night and enter your details. Please check your bookings carefully prior to checking out. If you have any last-minute issues, please email email@example.com
Is there heating inside the Dining Domes?
There will of course be heating within the Domes however please do dress appropriately for the weather.
How do I pay for my meal?
We are always striving to adhere to all COVID-19 safe guidelines and thus will not be accepting cash payments – we will only please be accepting payment by card.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Please download the menus on our website for more information on the dishes available. If you have any specific requirements related to an allergy or intolerance, please specify at the time of your booking and our team will assist you with the menu on the day.
Are children allowed?
Children of all ages are welcome. Please include any children (babies included) within your final booking size which must be a maximum of 8. If you need a highchair, please specify at your time of booking. A child’s menu is available on request.
Can I bring my pet with me?
We are sorry but animals, with the exclusion of assistance animals, are not allowed.
If you plan to bring an assistance animal, please let us know at the time of booking.
Can I park at Chiswick House?
There is public car park at Chiswick House which can be used by our guests, at their own risk. Vehicles can be left on the premises over night. Please follow the signs to the Dining Domes
The gate that will be open throughout the event will be the Dukes Avenue Gate, an 8 minute walk through the gardens from the domes. Parking and taxi drop off are available in the public car park. Accessible parking spaces are available outside Chiswick House, please contact us for more information.
Are the Dining Domes accessible?
Whilst the Dining Domes are not totally step-free, we will have ramps for wheelchairs available for the Domes and Bar Marquee.
Please let us know when you make your booking if you require this.
Can I visit the Chiswick House & Gardens during my visit?
Chiswick House gardens can be visited by our guests, adhering to their opening times, whilst as a guest at the Domes.
The House is open Thursday – Sunday 10am – 4pm until 31st October. We would be delighted to welcome you before or after your dining experience.
If your booking is within the Garden opening times (till 18:30 in October and 17:00 in November) you are most welcome to explore the Gardens during your visit.
What is the protocol if I am running late for my booking?
Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of your booking time will incur a cancellation charge.
What happens if the weather is bad?
The Dining Domes will operate in nearly all-weather conditions. In the unlikely event that the Dining Domes must close, alternative sessions will be offered. We regret that no refunds will be given due to bad weather.
Are there toilets at the Dining Domes?
Toilets are available within the grounds of Chiswick House. This is a less than two-minute walk from the Domes. The toilets are fully accessible.
What happens if I, or a member of my group, becomes unwell prior to our session?
Do not attend your dining experience if you, or any of your group, are showing signs of any of the known COVID-19 symptoms: a high temperature, a new persistent cough, a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste. Please contact us as soon as you can at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavour to reschedule your reservation

We require a payment of £30 per person to book your dome, this amount will then be redeemed from your bill at the end of your visit.
Should you need to cancel your booking within 7 days of your booking, a cancellation charge of the pre-payment of £30 per person for your booking will be charged – this will be non refundable
Failure to arrive for your booking within 15 minutes of your booking time shall also incur this cancellation charge of £30 per person.
A service charge of 12.5% will be added to all bookings
